Launch kit

Tools & setup for MintBreeze

Everything you need to launch AI phone calls and an AI Gmail/inbox replier — including the Claude pieces you already use.

Every tool you need

  • Claude Console (platform.claude.com)

Buy and manage API credits for production AI. This is separate from claude.ai chat.

You already bought ~$20 of credits here.

  • Claude Sonnet 5 (API model)

Powers MintBreeze AI features (builder, agents, reply drafting). Set AI_API_KEY + optional AI_MODEL=claude-sonnet-5.

Default model in this codebase when using an Anthropic key.

  • Claude Design (claude.ai/design)

Iterate landing pages, decks, and brand visuals on-brand before or alongside code.

The design tool Dan Martell mentioned — Pro/Max/Team/Enterprise.

  • Claude Pro / Max (optional)

Chat + Claude Design usage for product thinking and creative work.

    Useful alongside Console credits.

  • Domain + DNS

Your public brand URL pointed at your host.

Point your domain at the MintBreeze deploy.

  • Hosting (Railway / Vercel / similar)

Runs the Next.js app and connects to Postgres.

This repo already includes Railway config.

  • PostgreSQL

Stores accounts, sites, leads, billing state, and panel data.

Required — see docker-compose.yml for local.

  • Stripe

Checkout, subscriptions, customer portal, webhooks for the three monthly plans.

    Create Pro / Pro+ / Breeze Pro+ products in Stripe ($19.99 / $39.99 / $69.99).

  • Gmail / Google Cloud OAuth

Customer login and/or Gmail inbox access for the AI replier (OAuth scopes).

GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID / SECRET in .env when ready.

  • Voice / telephony provider

Inbound numbers, SIP, or call APIs so the AI can answer real phone calls (e.g. Twilio or similar).

Wire this when you take Voice AI past demo.

  • Transactional email (Gmail SMTP or Resend)

    Password resets, support mail, notifications.

Defaults toward support@mintbreeze.org in this repo.

  • Cursor (this workspace)

Ship the site, dashboard, and integrations in the MintBreeze codebase.

    You are already here.

Step-by-step setup

  1. 1. Lock the offer

Plans are set: Pro $19.99, Pro+ $39.99, Breeze Pro+ $69.99 in src/config/marketing-plans.ts. Mirror those tiers in src/config/pricing.ts and Stripe Price IDs when billing goes live.

  2. 2. Brand & design

MintBreeze uses an icy light-blue + white system (no black) with the official mountains + mint leaf + breeze mark at public/brand/mintbreeze-logo.jpg.

  3. 3. Local app

Copy .env.example → .env. Set DATABASE_URL, AUTH_SECRET, and AI_API_KEY from Claude Console. Run docker compose up -d, npm install, npx prisma migrate dev, npm run db:seed, npm run dev.

  4. 4. Connect AI

In Claude Console, create an API key. Put it in AI_API_KEY. Leave AI_PROVIDER unset for Anthropic auto-detect, or set AI_PROVIDER=anthropic and AI_MODEL=claude-sonnet-5. Watch AI_MONTHLY_BUDGET_USD so spend stays controlled.

  5. 5. Voice AI path

Pick a telephony provider, buy/port a number, and connect webhooks to your call handler. Train scripts for greeting, qualification, booking, and handoff. Test with real after-hours scenarios before selling.

  6. 6. Inbox AI path

Create a Google Cloud OAuth client with Gmail scopes you need. Connect a test mailbox. Start with draft-only replies, then enable auto-send for safe categories. Log every send for trust and debugging.

  7. 7. Billing

In Stripe, create three monthly products. Paste Price IDs into STRIPE_PRICE_* env vars. Point the Stripe webhook to /api/webhooks/stripe. Keep refund policy copy honest on /legal/refunds.

  8. 8. Ship & measure

Deploy (Railway config is in-repo). Point DNS. Soft-launch with a few service businesses. Track answer rate, time-to-first-reply, bookings, and inbox clearance — then tighten prompts weekly.
